About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional advice to current and former employees regarding the pay remediation process and payment timelines.
- Respond to employee enquiries and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and strict confidentiality.
- Liaise with former employees and their dependants to obtain necessary information for remediation payments.
- Prepare professional correspondence and documentation using established templates.
- Maintain accurate employee records, case notes, and remediation data.
- Monitor and report on remediation progress to internal stakeholders.
- Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the IR Compliance team with comprehensive handovers.
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of former employee databases.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service and managing stakeholder enquiries.
- Experience in case management or handling complex employee/customer matters.
- Strong written communication skills for preparing professional correspondence.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, workplace processes, and the employee lifecycle.
- High level of attention to detail and strong data management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Customer Service.
- Knowledge of workplace relations or employee relations legislation.
- Experience interpreting policies, procedures, and Enterprise Agreements.
