Employee Lean Management

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate logistics, administration, and manufacturing processes
• Identify potential improvements and manage projects within a lean environment
• Develop and implement lean strategies and continuous improvement measures
• Plan, implement, and follow up on workshops and specialized projects
• Provide training and coaching to employees on lean activity implementation
• Support the continuous optimization of production processes and workplace design
• Apply and develop existing controlling and management tools
• Report findings to management and support audit preparations and documentation

Requirements

• Degree in industrial, mechanical, or production engineering (or comparable qualification)
• Initial professional experience in lean management or process optimization, ideally in an industrial setting
• Practical knowledge of lean methods such as Kaizen, 5S, CIP, and value stream analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and assertive skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work in a team with a structured and proactive approach
