About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate logistics, administration, and manufacturing processes
- Identify potential improvements and manage projects within a lean environment
- Develop and implement lean strategies and continuous improvement measures
- Plan, implement, and follow up on workshops and specialized projects
- Provide training and coaching to employees on lean activity implementation
- Support the continuous optimization of production processes and workplace design
- Apply and develop existing controlling and management tools
- Report findings to management and support audit preparations and documentation
Requirements
- Degree in industrial, mechanical, or production engineering (or comparable qualification)
- Initial professional experience in lean management or process optimization, ideally in an industrial setting
- Practical knowledge of lean methods such as Kaizen, 5S, CIP, and value stream analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and assertive skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work in a team with a structured and proactive approach
