About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full disciplinary process following the Two-Notice Rule to ensure due process
- Lead administrative investigations and hearings for behavioral or performance infractions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution
- Prepare and submit mandatory DOLE reports including Annual Medical Reports and workplace accident reports
- Ensure compliance with General Labor Standards (GLS) and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards
- Represent the company during DOLE labor inspections and audits
- Maintain and update the Employee Handbook and company policies
- Manage employee offboarding and clearance processing
- Generate and analyze HR metrics such as attrition rates and disciplinary trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience
- Advanced knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines and DOLE Department Orders
- Proven experience handling labor-related cases and administrative investigations
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
