About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead employee engagement efforts through newsletters, info sheets, and recognition programs to build a "ONE-CREW" culture.
  • Manage the upkeep of dedicated employee areas to boost morale and spotlight recognition.
  • Partner with venue leadership to recruit, oversee, and train the Guest Services department.
  • Design and deliver fan experience initiatives, including service recovery and surprise-and-delight moments.
  • Capture and analyze guest feedback and operational data to drive continuous service improvements.
  • Manage employee care and recognition budgets and streamline event-day operations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of comparable experience in employee engagement, guest services, or hospitality management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Canva.
  • Strong communication skills, including public speaking and meeting facilitation.
  • Ability to maintain composure and organization in hectic, loud, and dynamic environments.
  • Ability to perform constant physical activity, including walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work a part-time schedule that follows the rhythm of the venue's event calendar.
