About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead employee engagement efforts through newsletters, info sheets, and communication tools to reinforce service culture.
  • Manage the day-of-show employee experience by maintaining dedicated staff areas and recognition displays.
  • Administer employee recognition programs and organize appreciation events to build a "ONE-CREW" culture.
  • Serve as the venue lead for service-focused training, partnering with managers to reinforce safety and efficiency standards.
  • Design and deliver fan experience initiatives, including service recovery and "surprise-and-delight" moments.
  • Analyze guest feedback and operational data to identify trends and inform continuous improvement plans.
  • Manage employee care and recognition budgets in collaboration with the General Manager.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of comparable experience in employee engagement, guest services, or hospitality management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Canva.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and engage diverse groups.
  • Ability to maintain composure and organization in a fast-paced, loud, and hectic environment.
  • Physical ability to perform constant activity, including walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work a part-time seasonal schedule that follows the venue's event rhythm.
