Responsibilities

• Operate various machines, including conventional, NC, and CNC machines
• Process wear parts accurately according to technical drawings
• Inspect finished parts using various measuring tools to ensure quality standards
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace following the 5S method
• Work according to Lean principles to improve production efficiency
• Follow all company procedures, instructions, and safety policies

Requirements

• MBO level 2 diploma, preferably in a metal or technical field
• Proven experience with machines and technical manufacturing tasks
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Experience with Lean or World Class Manufacturing processes
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation
• Ability to work independently and accurately
