About the role
Responsibilities
- Help organize internal events, including team buildings, corporate events, workouts, and wellness activities
- Support the creation and coordination of company merchandise
- Welcome company guests and provide support to employees and internal teams
- Coordinate courier services and manage deliveries related to office operations and company events
- Handle administrative tasks and support managers with daily requests
- Search for and communicate with vendors and service providers for office and event needs
- Be available by phone or messenger on weekends and holidays in case of urgent situations
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative role or strong interest in the field
- Responsible, reliable, and able to complete tasks on time
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, dependable, and focused on results
- English level: Intermediate or higher
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
