About the role

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and act as the primary point of contact for new employee onboarding
  • Create and execute employee engagement programs and events
  • Manage logistics and administrative tasks for team-building activities
  • Oversee and monitor Employee Experience and office budgets
  • Maintain and organize the NYC office, including pantry restocking and meeting room tidying
  • Provide administrative support to onsite leaders and NYC employees
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees arriving at the office

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as an employee experience specialist in a high-tech company
  • 1-2 years of experience as an office manager
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite in the NYC office 5 days a week
