About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and act as the primary point of contact for new employee onboarding
- Create and execute employee engagement programs and events
- Manage logistics and administrative tasks for team-building activities
- Oversee and monitor Employee Experience and office budgets
- Maintain and organize the NYC office, including pantry restocking and meeting room tidying
- Provide administrative support to onsite leaders and NYC employees
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees arriving at the office
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as an employee experience specialist in a high-tech company
- 1-2 years of experience as an office manager
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in the NYC office 5 days a week
