Employee Experience Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality coordination of Employee Experience activities, including internal events, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and cultural programs
• Work closely with local vendors, agencies, DMCs, venues, and suppliers to ensure polished execution
• Prepare logistics, scenarios, materials, timelines, scripts, and detailed checklists for all initiatives
• Support HR Leads with expert guidance on EE processes and execution standards
• Maintain structured EE documentation, including guidelines, templates, calendars, and quality standards
• Provide light support to the Employee Benefits team with logistics coordination and content gathering

Requirements

• Proven experience in Employee Experience, HR, Internal Communications, Events, or a related field
• Strong background in coordinating internal events and initiatives
• Confident, professional experience working with vendors, agencies, and external partners
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Calm, structured, and solution-oriented approach in fast-changing environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with HR and EE stakeholders
