About the role
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operations of the Berlin office to ensure a welcoming and organized space
- Manage office supplies, snacks, and beverages
- Coordinate external vendors, service providers, and contractors
- Manage workplace systems and local workplace projects
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for local new hires
- Plan and deliver engaging team events, celebrations, and office initiatives
Requirements
- Currently located in Berlin and authorized to work in Germany
- Fluent in both German and English
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills
- Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills with a hospitality mindset
- Ability to work in-person (20 hours per week)
