Employee Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create internal content such as toolkits, articles, digital signage, and newsletters to engage factory-based employees.
• Support Global Operations Leaders with team communications, including all-hands decks, talking points, and recognition programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like HR and Leadership to ensure consistent alignment of translated content with company goals.
• Manage communication channels and tools to ensure employees receive relevant updates and information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Linguistics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of internal communications experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Fluency in both Thai and English (spoken and written) with strong grammar and comprehension skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with terminology related to electronics, mechanical engineering, or data storage technologies.
• Strong understanding of Thai cultural and business norms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a multinational manufacturing company.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Proven ability to adapt language and tone for diverse audiences, ranging from technicians to executives.
