About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global employee communications strategy that supports business priorities and enhances engagement.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, crafting compelling narratives for organizational updates and leadership visibility.
- Lead and mentor a global team of communications professionals, fostering innovation and excellence.
- Oversee multi-channel communications platforms including intranet, email, video, and digital signage to ensure consistent messaging.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to support organizational change, culture-building, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Establish KPIs and leverage analytics to measure communication effectiveness and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Lead internal communication responses during critical business events and crisis situations.
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in Communications, preferably within large, global organizations.
- Minimum 15 years of experience managing teams and leading strategic employee communications initiatives.
- Demonstrated success working directly with C-suite executives and influencing at the highest levels.
- Expertise in developing and executing global, multi-channel communications strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

- Global mindset with experience managing communications across multiple regions and cultures.
- Familiarity with digital engagement platforms and emerging technologies such as AI-driven communications and analytics tools.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
