Employee Communications Co-op

Responsibilities

• Maintain and contribute to the employee intranet site by writing, editing, and updating articles
• Draft various employee communications including emails, newsletters, and social media posts
• Manage internal social media campaigns and employee contests
• Collaborate with multiple teams and senior leadership to facilitate projects, events, and broadcasts
• Create visual content, images, and digital signage
• Compile metrics reports on digital communication channels

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Drexel University with a cooperative learning track
• Available to work 40 hours per week for a 6-month period (September 2026 – March 2027)
• Strong writing and creative thinking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs
• Ability to report in-person to the Philadelphia office

Preferred Qualifications

• Major in Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or a related field
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop
• Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Strong interest in the telecommunications, connectivity, and media industries
