Employee Communication Specialist

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and oversee the publication of internal communication documents, including intranet content, flyers, emails, webcasts, and speeches.
• Organize and manage logistics for communication campaigns in collaboration with various departments.
• Oversee internal communication channels such as Bright Sign, email, and printed materials to maximize reach.
• Design basic graphic materials and create video content for Articulate projects.
• Support employee engagement surveys, recognition campaigns, and organizational culture initiatives.
• Ensure all communications are accurate, clear, and aligned with company messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Organizational Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal communications or a related area.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video tools such as Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Canva, or PowerPoint.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage tasks under pressure.
• Intermediate language proficiency as required for the role.
