Employee Care Associate

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update employee information in SAP and HCM systems
• Provide support for employee queries using various contact methods
• Prepare and distribute HR documents, including employment contracts and policy updates
• Support HR Shared Services projects by providing administrative assistance

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1) and French (C1) in both spoken and written forms
• 1+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to follow standardized procedures and manage tasks in a high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications

• University Degree
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, HCM), case management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in HR Shared Services or a related HR function
• Familiarity with EMEA labor laws and HR compliance standards
• Agile learner mindset
