About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise team members in the administration of corporate and statutory benefits
  • Develop and execute strategic employee wellness programs and initiatives
  • Manage rewards programs and ensure monthly incentive distribution
  • Liaise with third-party providers for health, life, and accident insurance
  • Oversee employee services including uniforms, physical exams, and vaccination programs
  • Ensure compliance with certifications, permits, and external audits like DOLE
  • Act as HR communications coordinator for special programs and events
  • Support and implement OHS policies and safety-related training
  • Oversee team workflow, set performance goals, and manage schedules
  • Evaluate performance and provide feedback to team members

Requirements

  • Excellent listening, creative thinking, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of communication platforms, including print and digital
  • Experience managing projects, budgets, and timelines
  • Fluency in English and the local language
