About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and build strong, integrity-based relationships with C-level managers
- Identify new potential clients and develop conversion strategies
- Continually source referrals for new business opportunities
- Attend industry events to increase industry knowledge and source referrals
- Meet or exceed set annual sales goals
- Partner with Account Management to ensure new business success and retention
Requirements
- Life & Health License
- 1 to 2 years of B2B selling experience to C-suite executives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to cold call and source referrals through industry events
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of benefit plans and employee benefit terminology
