About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish and build strong, integrity-based relationships with C-level managers
  • Identify new potential clients and develop conversion strategies
  • Continually source referrals for new business opportunities
  • Attend industry events to increase industry knowledge and source referrals
  • Meet or exceed set annual sales goals
  • Partner with Account Management to ensure new business success and retention

Requirements

  • Life & Health License
  • 1 to 2 years of B2B selling experience to C-suite executives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to cold call and source referrals through industry events
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of benefit plans and employee benefit terminology
