About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives
- Identify client needs and develop customized employee benefits solutions
- Generate new opportunities through referrals, partnerships, and industry engagement
- Attend networking events, conferences, and industry functions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience selling B2B solutions, ideally in insurance or employee benefits
- Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and secure meetings with senior executives
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain Life & Health Insurance License in a timely manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
