Employee Benefits Sales Producer

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives
• Identify client needs and develop customized employee benefits solutions
• Generate new opportunities through referrals, partnerships, and industry engagement
• Attend networking events, conferences, and industry functions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience selling B2B solutions, ideally in insurance or employee benefits
• Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and secure meetings with senior executives
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to obtain Life & Health Insurance License in a timely manner
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
