About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish and build strong, integrity-based relationships with C-level managers for companies of 100 employees plus
  • Identify new potential clients and develop strategies to convert them to FRP clients
  • Continually source referrals for developing additional contacts and new business opportunities
  • Attend industry events to source referrals and increase industry knowledge
  • Attend training as needed to continue to develop selling/closing skills
  • Meet or exceed set annual sales goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience to C-suite executives
  • Life & Health License
  • Ability to cold call and set appointments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of benefit plans and employee benefit terminology
