Employee Benefits Counselor

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized enrollment assistance to employees via a call center or face-to-face environments
• Explain available benefit plans including Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, Disability, and Life Insurance
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails for specific employer groups
• Guide employees through the benefits enrollment process and act as a subject matter expert
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity while protecting employee privacy
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with high attention to detail

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Texas Life and Health license is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of enrollment experience
• Call Center experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
