Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand business needs and objectives
- Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities and execute independent strategies
- Match optimal insurance products to unique client business needs
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influencers
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to maximize sales opportunities
- Represent the company at trade association meetings and industry gatherings
- Mentor rookie producers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related discipline
- For Associate level: sales internship experience
- For Experienced level: B2B sales consulting or relevant industry sales experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to manage pipeline data and measure performance standards
