Employee Benefits Consultant

Responsibilities

• Secure revenue from new services to current group clients and cross-sell the NFP corporate benefits proposition
• Partner with Consultants and sales teams across the NFP Group to identify new targets for employee benefits
• Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients to identify and secure new business opportunities
• Ensure formal contracts and service level agreements are established for all new clients
• Manage the full handover process for newly acquired clients to delivery and finance teams
• Maintain and update CRM with sales prospect information and provide regular pipeline development reports
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute engaging marketing activities for new client acquisition

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
• Direct experience in employee benefits
• Knowledge of Group Risk or Healthcare products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Strong self-management and prioritization skills
