Employé Polyvalent Rayon Boulangerie (H/F)

Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery products including bread, pastries, and viennoiseries following established methods
• Manage the baking and packaging of products for self-service, ensuring all mandatory labeling (allergens, product types) is correct
• Maintain stock levels by preparing and proposing regular and promotional orders
• Participate in department animation and specific promotional operations
• Support other departments occasionally as needed
