About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet
- Perform simple food preparation including cooking and plating
- Greet customers and provide dining or room service
- Clear tables, handle dishwashing, and reset the dining area
- Monitor buffet replenishment and maintain cleanliness
- Receive, control, and store goods according to HACCP standards
- Clean common areas including the breakfast room, hall, and sanitary facilities
- Maintain storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and fire safety standards
Requirements
- Experience in food preparation and setup
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene rules
- Ability to use cleaning products and equipment
- Experience in stock monitoring and ordering
- Fast, efficient, and organized work style
- Strong sense of detail and customer service
