About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage dispatch by supervising the rapid handover of dishes to riders and resolving real-time issues between kitchens and partners
- Ensure food safety by performing daily HACCP and safety checks to maintain high hygiene standards
- Resolve customer complaints as the first point of contact using internal processes to ensure a successful customer journey
- Collaborate with the Site Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve KPIs and maintain high service quality
- Execute site opening and closing procedures, demonstrating the versatility to assume various roles on-site as needed
Requirements
- Strong multitasking ability to manage high volumes of information and multiple operational challenges simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to liaise with partners and customers
- Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and act autonomously
- Solid understanding of, or willingness to become an expert in, food safety and HACCP standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous operational experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment
- Certifications in first aid, fire safety, or food safety
- Proficiency in English to collaborate with international teams
