About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage dispatch operations by efficiently handing over meals to riders
- Coordinate with partner restaurants and kitchens to ensure timely deliveries and meet KPIs
- Handle customer claims via telephone using internal escalation processes
- Monitor and ensure the site complies with HACCP and food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the Site Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain high service quality
- Perform daily food safety checks and report issues to site management and partners
- Assist with the opening and/or closing procedures of the site
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask, handle large amounts of information, and take initiative
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Proficiency in English is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry
- First aid training
- Fire safety training
- Food safety certification
