Responsibilities

• Manage handling and moving tasks (both administrative and industrial)
• Perform various tasks related to building trades and maintenance
• Coordinate and monitor work progress and external service providers
• Participate in general housekeeping and facility management tasks
• Manage stocks in connection with building activities

Requirements

• CFC degree with several years of experience in building maintenance or trades
• Minimum Category B driving license; forklift license is preferred
• Strong experience in heavy manual handling
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Good physical condition and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Rigorous, discreet, versatile, and dynamic professional
