Employé CVCS/MCR

Responsibilities

• Control the periodic operation of CVCS installations
• Perform preventive and curative maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems
• Analyze, diagnose, and intervene on technical breakdowns
• Manage technical alarms via the supervision tool
• Optimize the operation of CVCS regulation loops
• Conduct measurement campaigns and balancing of hydraulic and aerostatic installations
• Participate in functional testing of critical system controls
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and safety of interventions
• Manage the supply of materials and consumables required for maintenance and works
• Provide 24/7 technical CVCS on-call availability according to the team schedule

Requirements

• CFC as a heating or sanitary installer, ideally complemented by a Technician ES diploma in building technology or equivalent
• Proven experience in maintaining complex CVCS installations, ideally within an industrial sector
• Proficiency in Centralized Technical Management (GTC) tools and associated settings
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and technical tools
• Rigor, autonomy, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
• Team spirit, service orientation, and strong communication skills
