About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide professional guest services during check-in and check-out processes
- Handle telephone inquiries and manage guest communications via email
- Perform administrative and organizational tasks in both front and back-office areas
- Manage reservations, overbookings, and various booking options
- Handle billing, cost transfers, cash management, and daily accounting
- Serve guests at the bar and actively sell the Motel One Lounge offerings
- Collaborate with multicultural teams across different departments
Requirements
- Completed training in hotel management or a strong interest in a career change
- Ideally, initial professional experience in hospitality or gastronomy (Front Office or Bar)
- High level of service orientation and a passion for the hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Fluency in both German and English
- Ability to work effectively within a team and support various departments
