Emiratization Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s Emiratization roadmap and annual hiring plans.
• Drive achievement of Emiratization targets in alignment with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Lead recruitment initiatives and build talent pipelines through universities, career centers, and government entities.
• Design and implement development programs, internships, and mentorship initiatives for Emirati employees.
• Maintain strong working relationships with relevant government authorities and Emiratization platforms.
• Track Emiratization KPIs, hiring ratios, and compliance documentation for senior management reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience, specifically with exposure to Emiratization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor law and Emiratization regulations.
• Experience working with government portals and recruitment platforms.
• Fluent in English; Arabic fluency is highly preferred.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and data analysis.
