EMG Electric/Electronic L4

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced electric and electronic maintenance inspections, diagnosis, repairs, and equipment improvements.
• Conduct failure analysis to establish root causes and implement actions to prevent recurrence.
• Execute repairs and upgrades on large electrical engines, low and mid-voltage panels, and protection systems.
• Intervene in sensor control loops and variable speed drives.
• Calibrate and adjust electronic instruments and industrial PCs.
• Interpret electrical drawings to guide maintenance and repair activities.
• Maintain accurate records in maintenance systems to ensure product traceability and information accuracy.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Proactively suggest continuous improvement activities and maintain an organized workplace.

Requirements

• High School diploma or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in electrical drawing interpretation.
• Experience with failure analysis and root cause determination.
• Technical knowledge of sensor control loops and variable speed drives.
• Ability to perform calibration of electronic instruments.
• Commitment to following strict health, safety, and quality standards.
