Responsibilities
- Stand up and scale Serval’s emerging talent program across internships and new grad hiring
- Build strong partnerships with universities, career centers, and student organizations
- Own full-cycle recruiting for interns and new grads, delivering a fast, high-quality candidate experience
- Partner with leaders to forecast needs and align hiring with company priorities
- Establish clear processes, tools, and metrics to track performance
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience
- 2+ years in university or early career recruiting in a high-growth environment
- Proven experience building or scaling internship or university grad programs
- Strong relationship-building skills with universities and external partners
- Ability to operate independently and use data to drive decisions
- Clear, compelling communicator
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting technical talent (engineering, product, data)
- Background at an early-stage or venture-backed startup
- Experience running campus events, hackathons, or technical programs
