Responsibilities

  • Stand up and scale Serval’s emerging talent program across internships and new grad hiring
  • Build strong partnerships with universities, career centers, and student organizations
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for interns and new grads, delivering a fast, high-quality candidate experience
  • Partner with leaders to forecast needs and align hiring with company priorities
  • Establish clear processes, tools, and metrics to track performance

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience
  • 2+ years in university or early career recruiting in a high-growth environment
  • Proven experience building or scaling internship or university grad programs
  • Strong relationship-building skills with universities and external partners
  • Ability to operate independently and use data to drive decisions
  • Clear, compelling communicator

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting technical talent (engineering, product, data)
  • Background at an early-stage or venture-backed startup
  • Experience running campus events, hackathons, or technical programs
