About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow high-value client relationships within the emerging middle market segment ($10MM-$50MM revenue) through business development and strategic financial advisory.
- Lead the structuring of high-value, complex deals and credit approvals, ensuring alignment with client needs and bank objectives.
- Drive negotiations for complex transactions and oversee credit approvals and pricing coordination.
- Manage high-value client portfolios to drive cross-selling, retention, and profitability.
- Implement market coverage strategies to expand portfolios and identify new business opportunities.
- Act as a strategic advisor on loan products, rates, terms, and collateral requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance policies to mitigate risk.
- Represent the bank at industry forums and conferences to stay informed on market trends and competition.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate or segmented banking environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in sales performance and managing sales metrics.
- Strong credit knowledge and skills, including credit risk assessment and deal structuring.
- Advanced proficiency in Project Management and Change Management.
- Expert-level skills in negotiation, stakeholder management, and customer relationship building.
