Emerging Middle Market Relationship Manager, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through business development and management of key client relationships within the emerging middle market segment
• Structure complex deals and secure credit approvals by working with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Develop new business by contacting prospects and cross-selling bank products, including credit, trust/investment, and cash management
• Conduct credit risk assessments and review loan applications to ensure alignment with risk management standards
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value strategic clients, providing expert financial advice
• Identify market trends and industry developments to optimize client solution strategies and expand the client base
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance policies

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate banking environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Expert-level proficiency in financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in credit risk assessment, deal structuring, and portfolio management
• Proven track record in sales performance and managing complex client issues
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer relationship-building skills
