Emerging Middle Market Relationship Manager, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key client relationships within the Emerging Middle Market segment ($10MM-$50MM revenue)
• Drive business development through prospecting, networking, and cross-selling bank products including credit, trust, and cash management
• Structure complex deals and secure credit approvals while working with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, providing strategic problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive positioning to optimize client solutions
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
• Leverage analysis tools to nurture a portfolio that exceeds ROE thresholds and evaluate client returns proactively

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate or segmented banking environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Strong credit knowledge and proficiency in credit risk assessment
• Expert-level proficiency in financial analysis
• Proven track record in sales performance and managing complex deal structuring
• Advanced skills in negotiation, customer relationship building, and portfolio management
