Emerging Middle Market Relationship Manager, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by managing key client relationships within the Emerging Middle Market segment
• Structure complex deals and secure credit approvals while working with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business through proactive prospecting and cross-selling bank products, including credit, trust, and cash management
• Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, providing strategic problem-solving to maintain strong partnerships
• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive positioning to optimize client solutions
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance policies
• Leverage analysis tools to grow a portfolio that exceeds ROE thresholds and evaluate client returns proactively

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate or segmented banking environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Proven expertise in financial analysis and deal structuring
• Strong credit knowledge and skills aligned with credit portfolio requirements
• Proficiency in credit risk assessment, portfolio management, and negotiation
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value strategic clients
