Emerging Middle Market Relationship Manager, Director

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and manage key client relationships within the Emerging Middle Market segment ($10MM-$50MM revenue).
• Lead the structuring of high-value, complex deals and secure credit approvals.
• Manage high-value client portfolios to drive cross-selling, retention, and profitability.
• Act as a strategic advisor on loan products, rates, terms, and collateral requirements.
• Negotiate complex transactions and serve as a primary advocate for client needs while meeting bank objectives.
• Analyze market trends and industry developments to optimize client solution strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance policies.
• Represent the bank at industry forums and conferences to expand market coverage.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate banking environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong credit knowledge and skills, including credit risk assessment and deal structuring.
• Advanced proficiency in Project Management and Change Management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales metrics and managing complex client portfolios.
• Expert-level skills in negotiation, stakeholder management, and customer relationship building.
