Emerging Middle Market Relationship Manager, Director

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow high-value client relationships within the emerging middle market segment ($10MM-$50MM revenue).
• Lead the structuring of complex deals, credit approvals, and high-value negotiations.
• Drive revenue generation through strategic business development, cross-selling, and portfolio management.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients on loan products, rates, terms, and collateral requirements.
• Oversee credit risk assessment and ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Represent the bank at industry forums and conferences to identify market trends and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver holistic business solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within corporate banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Proven expertise in deal structuring and complex credit approvals.
• Strong proficiency in portfolio management and credit risk assessment.
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales metrics and driving revenue growth.
• Advanced skills in negotiation, stakeholder management, and customer relationship building.
