Responsibilities

• Manage a personal trading book focused on emerging markets FX products including spot, NDFs, futures, and options
• Identify and capitalize on macroeconomic, geopolitical, and cross-asset dislocations across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC markets
• Analyze market trends, order flow, liquidity, and technical patterns
• Monitor central bank policy, sovereign risk, inflation, and political developments
• Collaborate across trading desks to execute team goals while observing risk standards
• Develop and refine discretionary or systematic trading strategies
• Monitor risk levels and PnL variance, especially during volatile macro events

Requirements

• Proven track record of profitability in emerging markets FX for at least two years
• Strong understanding of macroeconomic drivers impacting EM currencies and rates
• Experience trading EM spot FX, NDFs, EM options, or related macro products
• Deep knowledge of LATAM, CEEMEA, or APAC regional markets
• Proficiency with trading platforms and market data analysis tools
• Ability to manage and communicate risk in accordance with firm policies
