About the role
Responsibilities
Through a multi-phase rotation, you will gain exposure to various business functions:
- Operations: Understand products, yard flows, and health and safety culture
- Logistics: Learn material transport, dispatching, and equipment needs
- Finance: Review contracts, analyze inventory, and understand customer payments
- Procurement: Establish supplier strategies and manage inventory
- Human Resources: Assist with onboarding, talent acquisition, and management training
- Sales & Commercial Development: Build customer relationships and learn pricing strategies and market trends
Requirements
- Recent graduate from a relevant University or College program
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel as needed
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
