About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own a book of new prospects and existing customers within the retail/e-commerce sector in North America
  • Close 6-figure new business deals and manage upsells
  • Work with internal teams to win new logos and deepen existing partnerships
  • Classify and prioritize assigned accounts with support from BDRs and Account Managers
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Deal Desk, and Customer Success

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience selling to organizations with 1,000+ employees
  • Proven track record of closing 6-figure deals
  • Background in Enterprise Sales for Mobile or Marketing Technology
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM or Clari
  • Strong understanding of the retail marketing landscape
  • Demonstrated experience in complex solution selling and Value Selling
  • Ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling analytics, CRM, marketing automation, or digital media solutions
  • Knowledge of B2B2C environments
  • Experience with Command of the Message
