Emergency Response Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of Corporate and Station Emergency Response Plans to ensure regulatory compliance and operational relevance.
• Design and deliver a global emergency response training and exercise programme, including table-top, functional, and live exercises.
• Manage the Emergency Response Risk Framework through ongoing assessment and analysis of operational and station-level risk data.
• Oversee the readiness of emergency response resources, including facilities, systems, and equipment within the Emergency Response Centre (ERC).
• Act as the primary focal point for internal and external audits related to emergency preparedness and response.
• Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support to senior operational leadership during periods of heightened risk or live events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management.
• At least 5 years of experience within the aviation industry.
• Proven experience working within an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) or a major operational department.
• Project management certification.
