Emergency Response Coordinator

About the Company

Insurcomm Restoration delivers complete restoration, reconstruction, and emergency response. As part of Fortify Companies, we align insurance carriers, property owners, and service providers across prevention, response, restoration, and rebuild.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls and show up on-site for property owners impacted by fire, water, mold, or storm damage
• Provide immediate support, clear communication, and a calm presence to people in crisis
• Explain Insurcomm services and close signed agreements at point of contact
• Coordinate with internal crews and project managers to ensure a smooth handoff
• Build relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and first responder networks
• Monitor lead sources and community channels to ensure rapid response
• Support marketing and community outreach in your territory
• Stay current on required IICRC certifications and training programs

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in restoration, property services, military, fire service, EMS, law enforcement, emergency dispatch, sales, or insurance
• Ability to work an on-call 24/7 schedule
• High school diploma required
• Strong ability to build trust quickly and remain calm in chaotic situations
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree or related certification
• IICRC certifications
