Emergency Nurse

Responsibilities

• Perform patient triage to classify urgency based on presented pathologies
• Assign patients to the appropriate medical boxes or services
• Manage patient reception, shift handovers, and admission/discharge logs
• Collaborate with physicians to plan, execute, and evaluate nursing care plans
• Review medical indications daily and organize treatment schedules
• Manage stock levels by requesting necessary drugs and materials from pharmacy
• Identify patient needs and develop real or potential nursing diagnoses
• Ensure high-quality care and participate in updating clinical procedures
• Perform daily maintenance and checks of emergency crash carts

Requirements

• Specialized training in Emergency and Critical Care
• Knowledge of Manchester Triage system
• Proficiency in CPR and advanced life support
• Completion of IAM management, CAPREA, and ACLS courses
• Experience or certification in Neonatology/pathological newborn management
• Knowledge of diagnostic imaging
