About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and discharge patients, often in the 'Minors' area
- Perform patient assessments including pain management
- Diagnose issues such as sprains, strains, cuts, and bites
- Administer medications orally or via injection, including antibiotics
- Treat minor injuries including burns and wounds
- Read and assess X-rays
- Record ECG examinations
Requirements
- NMC registration
- Recent 6 months experience within the last 12 months
- Evidence of completion of V300 prescribing certificate
- Full EPP clearance of immunisations
- 2 clinical references verifying ENP skills
