About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage all Emergency Department operational activities
- Collaborate with departments to prepare emergency operational and development strategy plans
- Monitor EWS, Codeblue, Emergency trolley, and Code Stroke team performance
- Manage response times, ambulance operations, and Medical Evacuation services
- Audit stock and usage of consumables and medicines in the Emergency Department
- Lead coaching, development, and training programs for Emergency doctors and staff
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in General Medicine
- Completion of Non-Permanent Employee (PTT) or Internship
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as Resident Medical Officer in an Emergency Department
- Extensive knowledge in emergency medicine and managing acute/critical cases
- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and patient outcomes
- Ability to make critical decisions quickly in high-pressure situations
