Emergency Call Center Operator

Responsibilities

• Receive and process alarm and fault reports
• Control and coordinate intervention forces
• Document all processes and deployments
• Create statistics and evaluations
• Act as a point of contact for employees deployed on-site

Requirements

• Very good German language skills
• Availability for shift work (12-hour shifts), including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and a polite, service-oriented manner
• Good MS Office skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a structured manner under stress
• Clean criminal record
• VdS NSL qualification or willingness to obtain it (costs covered by the company)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or similar environment
