About the role

Responsibilities

Receive and process emergency, alarm, and service calls
Accept, verify, and prioritize incoming reports
Initiate and coordinate appropriate measures according to alarm and intervention plans
Alert and manage intervention forces, security and rescue services, fire department, and police
Support customers and contract partners in stressful and exceptional situations
Monitor technical systems such as danger detection systems, video surveillance, and access control systems
Document all processes in the control center system
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, standards, and internal quality standards
Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows

Requirements

Certified Protection and Security Force (Geprüfte Schutz- und Sicherheitskraft / GSSK)
NSL specialist qualification (can be obtained after hiring)
Several years of professional experience in security services, ideally in a control center or monitoring role
Good PC and software skills
Basic knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., DIN/VDE, data protection)
Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
Good English language skills (Level B1/B2)
Good technical understanding
Resident in Germany for at least 5 years
No criminal record or relevant entries in the certificate of conduct
