EMEA Vehicle Operations Lead - SDS

Responsibilities

• Lead SDS deployments by managing operational readiness, vehicle integration, and test execution for OEM partners.
• Operationalize validation workflows for real-world testing, data collection, and system performance monitoring.
• Drive partner collaboration with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to align program milestones with operational execution.
• Ensure safety and compliance by implementing testing best practices and regulatory protocols.
• Scale operational playbooks to develop repeatable global frameworks for ADAS operations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience leading on-road ADAS or autonomy testing programs, ideally with OEM or Tier-1 partnerships.
• Proven operational leadership skills with the ability to scale complex technical operations.
• Technical fluency in ADAS features and the workflows required for validation and deployment.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to bridge technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
• A safety-first mindset with experience maintaining safety processes in high-stakes environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end neural network ADAS architectures or next-gen autonomy stacks.
• Familiarity with simulation and validation tools for ADAS/AV testing.
• Knowledge of functional safety and automotive regulatory standards.
• Experience scaling ADAS programs across global test sites or multiple vehicle platforms.
