Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies for the Automotive & Industrials (A&I) sector in EMEA
  • Lead and develop the EMEA A&I marketing team
  • Build close working relationships with Managing Directors and Partners globally
  • Execute A&I-specific marketing plans including content strategy, events (e.g., IAA), and sponsorships
  • Ensure a unified "One Firm" brand presence for AlixPartners and Berylls by AlixPartners
  • Manage budget planning, control, and reporting for the A&I sector in EMEA
  • Oversee PR and media activities as a business development tool
  • Utilize management information and KPIs to drive decision-making in collaboration with Finance and Practice Management
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns including thought leadership, pitch materials, and social media

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in B2B marketing and business development within professional services or consulting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Proven track record in supporting client-facing teams to generate revenue
  • Experience leading and building high-performing marketing teams
  • Experience working within international matrix organizations
  • Business fluency in German and English
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders
  • Proven experience in multi-channel campaign management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and experience with AI tools is desirable
